At YuMOVE, we want you to love your new look. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
